We built a development in 2007 and undertook the management of the block from then to 2021. I believe that effective management is vital to the on-going success of a development and crucially to protect the value of flats. I still own a number of the flats at the development. Effective block management = happy tenants = better rent = higher capital value.
When we decided to hand over the management of the development, we interviewed PPM and 3 others. We chose PPM as they were the most pro-active. They produced a draft service charge budget which was along the lines of what we had been charging and the current year’s charges have followed suit.
When issues have arisen, PPM have been contactable and reacted swiftly. They are a locally based company and seem to be well-staffed.
I am happy with the service they are providing at Brewery Wharf and have recommended them to others.
