I am delighted to offer a few observations with regard to the contact that I have had with you since our early expression of interest in our apartment in the late Autumn.

Whatever information we needed concerning the property was forthcoming, and although we are at a point now where, for the reason I have explained, we shall be moving on after only a short stay here, we have been very satisfied with the support from you. We particularly admired the manner in which you conducted the recent AGM at Royal Court; such meetings can at times be somewhat wandering and time-consuming, but you did not allow that to occur.

I am also grateful for the short telephone chat of yesterday. One solicitor did suggest to me that some Management companies take a percentage of vendors` asking-price on completion, but you dispelled this as a concern. As I confirmed to you, we are moving for very important reasons, and we are only asking for the price that we paid for the flat.
