After months of back and forth with the previous Managing Agent, Station Court were stuck in the midst of a Section 20 for repairs to the roof of the apartment block. PPM will be taking over the management role with a plan already in place to complete the process, recover some funds from previous poor contractors and make much needed improvements.
We can’t wait to make a start helping the leaseholders move on from a difficult situation and begin to look at Station Court as a positive place to live once again.
