PPM were invited to manage this development around five years ago and in that time a friendly working relationship has developed between the residents and the staff at PPM.
The previous managing agent had tendered their resignation and PPM was recommended by residents from a development only a few hundred yards away.
On this particular development the Residents Management Company owns the freehold and PPM has recently advised on a lease extension which we feel will be of long term benefit to all owners.
Quite a large proportion of residents on this development play an active role in the management of the site which suits PPMs personal management style perfectly.
We enjoy managing this site and hope that our good relationship with the residents continues.
